| Q: |
How
can I obtain the fastest possible service? |
|
| A: |
First determine your
coverage area (northeast or southeast region) and call the nearest
office. Provide your store name, complete address, nature of the problem,
and a phone number where you can be reached. A technician will be
dispatched to your location promptly. |
|
| Q: |
What type of response
time can I expect in an emergency? |
|
| A: |
At Fox Glass, we pride
ourselves on our rapid response policy. A Fox Glass representative
will contact you immediately to make an assessment of the problem
in order to dispatch the technician best suited to your needs. In
most cases, a Fox Glass technician can be on site within one hour.
|
|
| Q: |
Will Fox Glass contact
a store manager to let them know if a technician has been dispatched?
|
|
| A: |
Absolutely! Our trained
technician will contact the store personnel to assure them that a
technician is on the way! |
|
| Q: |
How do we determine
what is an emergency and what is a non-emergency situation?
|
|
| A: |
Emergency service is
warranted when a store location cannot be secured or the situation
provides an immediate public safety hazard. In many cases, we are
often able to reduce your costs by first speaking directly with a
store manager prior to dispatching a technician in order to determine
whether the situation is a "true" emergency. |
|
| Q: |
What should I do
in the event of a broken window or other condition that appears dangerous
to the public? |
|
| A: |
In the event of a condition
which appears dangerous to the public or your employees, please secure
the area to restrict access and call Fox Glass immediately. |
|
| Q: |
What is the pricing
schedule for glass replacements? |
|
| A: |
Unlike our competitors,
we charge by the inch. It is not the practice of Fox Glass to charge
for block sizing (full sheets). A Fox Glass representative would be
more than happy to meet with you to make an assessment of your glass
and door control needs in order to customize a price schedule designed
with your company's best interests in mind.
